Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours after pay. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Warranty

We not support return service since our machine is easy to replace the spare part when we develop it, if there has quality problems, you need to contact the supplier at: info@apruio.com and send us the problem video, you will get the following solution:

1.We send free spare part and videos guide for you to replace the problem part;

2.A free new machine will send to your place for serious quality problem. 

Refund

1. You can ask for refund when you have custom problem and sure not possible to get the parcel, write email to us : info@apruio.com

2.There is no express to your place.
